




Where ConTatto was born
We are Luca and Lorena, partners in work as well as in life. We had the idea of ConTatto at a time when we all felt separated from the rest of the world: the idea was to reconnect, restore the human contact and return to the essentials.
Eighteen years of experience of Luca working in the kitchens of Gualtiero Marchesi and Michel Roux, between London and Rome, just to name a few. The organizational and creative spirit of Lorena, lawyer and entrepreneur. After all our experiences, we chose to create something new, the belongs to us.

This is the place where we carry out our favorite experiments: this cave is one of the reasons why we chose this place. This is where we explore our preservation techniques, on different ingredients and at different times of the year. You want to know something?
